What’s the best way to reach Pet enthusiasts? Send treats to their pets on their birthday. The Good Doggy club was created to reward dog owners for their loyalty. Pet owners filled out a form with their pet’s birthday and Kibbles ‘n Bits would send the proud pooch a birthday card and a treat on their birthday. What better way to promote continuity with your customer and leverage the lifetime value of your customer?
